Deliveries
General Information:
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, or place you on a waiting list for when stock arrives. We often have alternative products that could be used as a substitute, but you will be contacted by a consultant if this is an option.
- Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in South Africa. We do accept orders from International clients but the order must be delivered to a local address and they must arrange shipping outside of South Africa. Shipments outside of South Africa are not available at this time.
- Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the courier companies effecting the delivery that are out of our direct control.Shipping is done Monday to Friday during normal working days and excludes holidays and weekends. Items will be shipped within 5 working days , stock dependant
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments,due to stock shortages or where parcels are large, as in the case of commercial systems, filter vessels and media.
- Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed for the Shipping methods. For the Let The Shop Decide method, we will choose the best option for you and we will email you the updated invoice. Do not pay for the order until you have received the updated invoice.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges if it is an unusually complicated situation.
- Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at contact us. We will followup with the courier and resolve the issue and report back to you as soon as we have the details and a plan to remedy the damage.
Returns

You need to contact the office before returning the item, so that we can establish the reason for the return and whether the item is eligible for a return.
You will have to send a copy of the payment receipt or proof of purchase. Number to call is at the top of the page
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be: Unused, in original packaging and in the same condition as you received it . If these conditions are not met exactly, restocking fees at 15% may be charged. Returns only apply to small individual items. Fully customised items or systems that are custom built for the client and are NOT subject to refund or returns

- We will immediately inform you of your refund status after inspection.
- We will inspect your returned item and notify you of its receipt.
- If approved, we will initiate the refund.
- Credit will appear in your account within a timeframe dependent on your card issuer’s policies.
- Note: Courier costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
